Christopher's dad places a wager with his boss to see Christopher do this amazing feat, but when the time comes, will Christopher comply? Please enjoy!

Then, in the sequel, Christopher stirs up even more trouble with his not-so-imaginary elephant friend Webster. His dad then makes another wager with his boss to see the elephant, but Webster turns out to be quite the slippery little fella! Please enjoy!

Classic Cartoon Showcase: Bon Bon Parade

In this humorous and very, very surreal classic, a hungry little boy browsing a candy shop is granted a wish to visit Candyland, by which he takes part in the overly-madcap Bon Bon Parade! Some of this episode's highlights include a fly licking every candy in the shop(Ewwww, NASTY! Classic Cartoon Showcase: The First Flying Fish

Second cartoon in the Rainbow Brite special feature, this slightly Rudyard Kipling-esque story(Narrated by the famous Andrews Sisters) concerns a school where fish can discover their future professions(There's a pun in here somewhere...); one fish by the name of Philip, however, wants to be something no one's heard of before-a flying fish! Determined to follow his dream, Philip follows various birds and watches them in action until he finally gets the hang of flying. Please enjoy!

This is the first of three cartoons that came packaged as a bonus feature at the end of the Rainbow Brite video, "Peril in the Pits." In this humorous Christmas Carol parody, the famous helium-voiced rodents are preparing for Christmas, but Alvin is much more interested in the presents he'll be getting. When Alvin wrecks his lonely neighbor Mr. Carroll's flower garden, Mr. Carroll yells at him, inspiring Alvin to think that Mr. Carroll's nothing but an old grouch. Cartoon Showcase: Powerpuff Girls in Buttercrush and Fuzzy Logic

In these two classic episodes(On their fifteen-year anniversary), Buttercup first goes looking for love in all the wrong places when she falls for Gang Green Gang leader Ace, who plans to use this to his advantage in order to capture Buttercup's sisters. Can the green Powerpuff see through his façade and save her sisters before it's too late?

Today marks the 85th anniversary of a certain famous mouse, and the 15th anniversary of three certain famous little superheroes. Whether by magically manipulating mops or mashing monsters, these folks have made the world of cartoons and movies a better place. Happy anniversary, Mickey, Blossom, Bubbles, and Buttercup! Here's to many more wonderful years. :)

Classic Cartoon Showcase: Shirt Tales in Nearsighted Bear and Magical Musical Caper

In the first half of this classic episode, the cuddly little heroes are given tickets to the Golden Brothers' Circus, which includes Cosmo the famous performing bear(No relation). Cosmo is a bit nearsighted, but is hesitant to wear his glasses, for fear that he'll look like a nerd; unfortunately, this spells trouble for his performance. Can the Shirt Tales convince Cosmo to wear his glasses before his act goes south?

In the second half, a criminal named the hand(So called because his face has never been seen) has been robbing the ticket booths of several concerts, including that of Rick's fav band the Patriots! Can the furry little superguys stop this faceless fiend before it's too late? Please enjoy!

Today marks the tenth anniversary of My Life as a Teenage Robot. Yes, ten years ago today, a certain blue robot girl began battling aliens, rescuing people, saving the world, and entertaining her fans for the very first time! Happy Anniversary, Jen! Here's to ten more great years.

He's Back, and He's Furrier Than Ever!

The Garfield Show is the most recent Garfield TV series, which premiered on Cartoon Network on November 22, 2009. Of Garfield's TV incarnations, this one, interestingly enough, stays closest to the spirit of the comic strip. The series chronicles the daily escapades of the famous fat cat, his bumbling owner Jon, his dopey dog pal Odie, his girlfriend Arlene, his mouse buddy Squeak, the troublemaking Nermal, and Jon's girlfriend Dr.Liz Wilson. A particular point of interest is that the series featured a vast number of characters exclusive to the show, such as Vito the pizza guy, whose restaurant Jon and his crew would often frequent, his girlfriend Angelica(no relation, fortunately), resident tough guy Harry the alley cat, crazy inventor Dr. Thaddeus Bonkers, eccentric TV food critic Eddie Gourmand, inept dogcatchers Al*and Pete, Nathan, the seemingly friendly neighbor boy who's secretly an evil scientist, feisty neighborhood chihuahua Hercules, Jon's hyper twin cousins Drusilla and Minerva, who are forever trying to play dress up with Garfield and Odie(much to their chagrin), and Jon's overbearing Aunt Ivy, among others.

Episodes would usually center around a problem or situation of some sort, which it would then be up to Garfield to solve, as only Garfield can!

Overall, The Garfield Show is a very funny, entertaining show. The CGI artwork is excellent(very comic-strip grade!), the episode plots are very enjoyable, and the show's vast entourage of characters are good, likeable, and very charismatic. Garfield aficionados, especially former fans of Garfield and Friends(such as myself) are sure to love this.(One episode I particularly would like to reccommend BTW, is "Long Lost Lyman", a four-parter in which the mystery of Lyman's disappearance is finally solved.)

Cartoon Showcase: Wings Take Heart

A surprisingly sweet(but still very funny!) offering from Animaniacs concerning a moth who falls in love with a beautiful butterfly. When the two little lovers travel into the city, he gets separated from her via a series of mishaps and runs into danger. Will he ever find his way back to safety and reunite with his beloved? Please enjoy! (BTW, watch for Yakko, Wakko, Dot, and Ralph the guard to make a cameo in the background, as well as a bonus "Good Idea, Bad Idea" in the beginning.)

Classic Cartoon Showcase: Popeye in Puttin' on the Act

In this humorous classic, Olive shows Popeye a newspaper headline declaring that vaudeville is coming back, upon which they decide to rekindle their(somewhat ridiculous) vaudeville act...but how will they fare with it? Please enjoy! (Watch for a couple of cute moments where Swee' Pea switches the cue card, and an amusing moment where Popeye impersonates such comics of the time as Jimmy Durante, Stan Laurel, and Groucho Marx.)

Little did we know that Popeye and Olive had an old vaudeville act, incidentally.
