Classic Cartoon Showcase: Popeye in Puttin' on the Act
In this humorous classic, Olive shows Popeye a newspaper headline declaring that vaudeville is coming back, upon which they decide to rekindle their(somewhat ridiculous) vaudeville act...but how will they fare with it? Please enjoy! (Watch for a couple of cute moments where Swee' Pea switches the cue card, and an amusing moment where Popeye impersonates such comics of the time as Jimmy Durante, Stan Laurel, and Groucho Marx.)

Classic Cartoon Showcase:Before They Were Stars:Pound Puppies in City Pound
(I think City Pound may be the official name of this episode.) In this nifty little pilot episode for the Pound Puppies series(complete with a celeb-filled cast) the daring entourage of dogs endeavor to both reunite newcomer Violet with her owners and save pound supervisor Bigelow's job while dodging the dogcatcher Dabney Nabbit and doing battle with the dastardly(albeit dopey and ditzy) dognappers Flack and Tubbs. (By golly, if this doesn't win the prize for most alliteration in a single article, it probably at least ranks!) Please enjoy!(BTW, watch for a humorously hypocritical moment in part one where Nabbit calls the dogs "Walking flea farms" and tells them to "Suck in their bellies." Uh, Nabbit? Have you checked a reflective surface lately?)

A Funny Thing Happened On The Way to the Bookstore:Bloopers, Botches, and Blunders by Allan Zullo
As proof that truth is stranger than fiction, this is a collection of real-life stories of(hilarious!) mishaps that various people have met with, such as:
-The guy who was so hungry, waiting in line at a restaurant, that he ate the potted plants.
-The boxer who knocked himself out during a match.
-The lady who mistook glue for eyedrops.
-The time Ernest Borgnine ripped his pants wide open while acting in "Much Ado About Nothing."
-The restaurant called, "The Great Gritzbe's Flying Food Show", which was given a name change to "The Not-So-Great Gritzbe's" when business started sagging.
