Classic Cartoon Showcase:Popeye in King of the Mardi Gras

In this classic Popeye cartoon, Bluto and Popeye both have acts at the annual Mardi Gras carnival. Bluto, declaring himself "King of the Mardi Gras", brags about his many amazing skills; Popeye becomes highly annoyed at all this and challenges him to prove once and for all who's more worthy of the title of "King".
