Classic Cartoon Showcase: Bon Bon Parade
In this humorous and very, very surreal classic, a hungry little boy browsing a candy shop is granted a wish to visit Candyland, by which he takes part in the overly-madcap Bon Bon Parade! Some of this episode's highlights include a fly licking every candy in the shop(Ewwww, NASTY! Does the store owner know about this?!), and a trio of Three Stooges-esque Cupids in a Valentine's Day display. Please enjoy!

A Meowy Christmas and a Yappy New Year!
Here is a Pound Puppies fanfiction, which is the seventh in a series created by fellow writer brave kid and me. In this story, which is based on an episode of the Garfield Show entitled, "Home for the Holidays", the Pound Puppies and Kennel Kittens are preparing for Christmas at the pound. When they later come across Giblet, who's bringing food and blankets to a group of homeless pets living in an alley, the Puppies and Kittens not only assist her but hatch a plan to help the poor pets find their perfect homes in time for Christmas. But will they be successful? Please enjoy, and a very Merry Christmas to all!
BTW, here are a few pictures of the story's characters:
Buster the elderly cat, and the three little orphan puppies he looks after, April, May, and June. Buster's name and appearance are based on those of the cat from this book, and their personalities are based on those of Rags the elderly dog and the three orphan kittens from the original Garfield Show episode.
Sid and Chubba, who both originally appeared in the episode, "Kennel Kittens Return", and Babette, who also originally appeared in the series. Sid is a positive sort, Chubba is friendly but lazy, and Babette is polite but somewhat shy.
Timmy, who personality-wise is a slight nod to Tiny from the episode, "Happy Howlidays" from the 1986 series, and like Tiny is a nod to Tiny Tim, Kiki, who originally appeared in the episode "Olaf in Love", Lily, who originally appeared in the episode, "Kennel Kittens Return", and Bubbles, who also originally appeared in the series. Timmy and Kiki are both very kind and polite, Lily is sweet but very shy, and Bubbles is very cheerful and energetic.
Gladys and Gloria, the twin lady Dobermans who originally appeared in, "Hot Dawg"(I added their names). They're a little bit feisty, but very friendly.
And Ralph, the very apathetic dog who originally appeared in, "I Heard the Barks on Christmas Eve", and Napoleon, the parrot who first appeared in, "Squawk". Napoleon is not too trusting of the group a first, especially the cats, but they fortunately are able to convince him that they only have his best interest at heart.

Christmas Special Showcase: Alvin and the Chipmunks in Merry Christmas, Mr. Caroll!
In this humorous Christmas Carol parody, the famous helium-voiced rodents are preparing for Christmas, but Alvin is much more interested in the presents he'll be getting. When Alvin wrecks his lonely neighbor Mr. Carroll's flower garden, Mr. Carroll yells at him, inspiring Alvin to think that Mr. Carroll's nothing but an old grouch. With the help of the(Very familiar-looking!) ghosts of Christmas past, present, and future, however, Alvin may soon discover who the real Scrooge is in this situation. Please enjoy!
And now that you've seen the special,

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Bookstore:Donald Duck in A Christmas for Shacktown by Carl Barks
He's my little pal,
Quack, Quack, Quack, Donald Duck,
Daisy is his gal,
Quack, Quack, Quack, Donald Duck,
In his sailor suit,
Quack, Quack, Quack, Donald Duck,
Gee, I think he's cute!
I love the way he waddles and I like to hear him talk,
And when somebody makes him mad,
QUACK! QUACK! QUACK! How he can squawk!
Quack, Quack, Quack, Donald Duck,
Cocky as can be,
Quack, Quack, Quack, Donald Duck,
Here's what he taught me,
When someone knocks you down,
Get right up again,
Show some pluck like Donald Duck,
QUACK, QUACK, QUACK, QUACK, QUACK!
The second volume in Carl Bark's ever popular Donald Duck series, this high-quality collection catalogues the further adventures of a certain famous duck, his nephews Huey, Dewey, and Louie, his girlfriend Daisy, his Uncle Scrooge, and guest pest Gladstone Gander. Some must-reads are:
A Christmas for Shacktown-Donald, Daisy, and the kids all want to chip in money to make a good Christmas for the impoverished families of Shacktown. There's just one tiny little itsy-bitsy(fairly huge) caveat: getting tight-fisted Uncle Scrooge to part with so much as a penny!(As the ever-quotable Babs Bunny once said, "Playing on his sympathy has worse odds than the lottery!") How will Donald get the money?
The Big Bin on Killmotor Hill-Uncle Scrooge builds a new maximum-security money bin, which the Beagle Boys evince an interest in. Can Donald help save his uncle's fortune?
The Screaming Cowboy-Donald composes and sells a song to a radio station, thus winning a trip to the mountains. Little does he know that a hermit living there despises the song! (There's a Little Bad Wolf lookalike kid in this story, BTW.)
Oh, please.
Statuesque Spendthrifts-One of the funnier stories in this collection, Uncle Scrooge and the Maharajah of Howdoyustan feud with each other over who's richer by each building bigger and bigger statues.
Rocket Wing Saves the Day-The kids adopt a racing pidgeon and train him for an upcoming pidgeon race; there's just one problem...he's afraid of train whistles!
The Think Box Bollix-Donald is annoyed when the kids begin helping wacky inventor Gyro Gearloose with his inventions, and tries to play a prank on them...but the prank backfires(majorly)!
An excellent read, and a good companion piece to Lost in the Andes.

The game show was coming down to the wire. Joe was closing in on the prize, and the final question, worth 500 points, was about to be asked. Joe waits nervously, as the host motions toward a large screen, upon which the final question appeared: "Name two of Santa's reindeer." Relieved that he had gotten such an easy question, Joe answers, "Rudolph!..." he hesitates for all of a second. "...And Olive!"
The audience cheers and applauds, then cut themselves off sharply, and start mumbling amongst each other. The host walks up to Joe. "Yes, we'll accept Rudolph, but would you mind explaining Olive, please?" he inquires.
Joe replies, "Well, you know, 'Olive, the other reindeer, used to laugh and call him names..."
