Fan Fiction Showcase: Rebecca Utonium: Beauty and Brains by Monstarzgirl

This is the first Powerpuff Girls fanfiction written by my good friend Monstarzgirl, which was the starting point for our own collab Powerpuff Girls series. This exciting, fun, and very touching story chronicles the adventures of Professor Utonium's niece Rebecca and how she came to meet Mojo Jojo, and in turn, showed him love and kindness, which ultimately inspired him to mend his villainous ways. A true literary masterpiece. Please enjoy!

Fan Fiction Showcase: UFO by LizzyThePanda

In this very nifty MLP story, the Mane Six and their little dragon buddy Spike are having a pleasant nighttime picnic when they notice some strange blinking lights in the sky. The ponies panic, believing this to be evidence that aliens are invading Ponyville, but Twilight believes it's only a hoax. But who will turn out to be right? Please enjoy!

Just When you Thought it Was Safe to Go Camping....

Here is a Powerpuff Girls fanfiction, which is a collab between fellow writer Monstarzgirl and me(She and I each took turns writing parts of the story) and a continuation of her own PPG series. In this story, Rebecca Utonium(Monstarzgirl's OC, the professor's niece), goes on a camping trip with her family, when she meets up with her friends Deanna Makatsch, April Franklin, and the newly-reformed Mojo Jojo. After meeting with the also newly reformed Gang Green Gang, Rebecca tells her friends the story of the Lady of the Lake, who sneaks out of the lake and attacks unsuspecting campers at night. When Mojo goes missing while gathering firewood, the group sets off to find him; when they start hearing mysterious noises in the woods they wonder, maybe...could the legend have been real? Please enjoy!

Canniford Much's supposedly haunted mansion while he's away. Little do they know, however, that there may be unforseen enemies awaiting their arrival. Please enjoy!

The Puppy Vanishes

Now you see him, now you don't.

Here is a Pound Puppies fanfiction, which is the tenth in a series created by fellow writer brave kid and me. The storyline is based on a Tom and Jerry cartoon entitled, "The Invisible Mouse," and the title is based on that of a book by the author of "Babe the Gallant Pig." In this story, a Great Dane named Henry and his niece Spotty come to the pound seeking a home, which the Pound Puppies and Kennel Kittens are more than happy to assist them in finding. Meanwhile, Strudel shows the group her new invention, the Invisibility ray, but when Niblet accidentally presses the on switch, Lucky is turned invisible! The group then endeavors to find a way to reverse the process, but in the mean time, Lucky has an excellent time driving Catchum up the wall! Please enjoy!

BTW, here are a few pics of the story's characters:

Henry the polite Harlequin Great Dane and his niece Spotty. Henry's appearance and mannerisms are based on those of Barkerville; both dogs are shown in different profiles to show their two different colored eyes.

And Janey, the little girl who eventually adopts Spotty, and her mother, who adopts Henry. Janey's name and appearance are based on those of the little girl in the original book.

Monkey See, Monkey Don't

Here is a Powerpuff Girls fanfiction of mine, which is based off of a Captain Caveman episode from the Flintstone Kids entitled, "Captain Cavedog." In this story, during an interview, the go-go girls eat three banana splits, little knowing that they were left my the maniacal monkey menace Mojo Jojo, and end up turning into monkeys! Upon learning that the effect will become permanent in one hour, the Powerpuffs have to hurry and catch Mojo to retrieve the antidote or risk eating bananas and swinging on vines for the rest of their lives. Please enjoy!

Mojo's Apprentices

Here is a Powerpuff Girls fanfiction of mine, in which Mojo Jojo, whose latest evil scheme proves to be too big for one evil monkey to accomplish, takes those rowdy reptiles themselves, the Gang Green Gang up as assistants...but will they end up doing more harm than good?(Or should we say more harm than bad?) Please enjoy!

Homeward Pound

Long, long way to go,
But what are miles across the ocean
To a heart that's coming home?

Here is a Pound Puppies fanfiction, which is the ninth in a series created by fellow writer brave kid and me. In this story, the Pound Puppies and Kennel Kittens lead an expedition to reunite newly impounded kitten Spoons with her family, who live beyond the forest and through the mountains, but a very persistent Milton Feltwaddle has other ideas! Please enjoy!

BTW, here are a few pictures of the story's characters:

Spoons the lost kitten and her puppy pal Bumper, who misses her just as much as her owners, both of whom originally appeared in the episode, "Hello Kitten."

Buddy the friendly coyote who guides the group on their quest through the mountains. He originally appeared in the episode, "Rebel Without a Collar" in which he was a dog.

And the parents of Suzanne, Spoons and Bumper's owner, who appear in the beginning of the story.

Misplaced in Cyberspace

I don't think they're in New York any more...

Here is a Pound Puppies fanfiction, which was a collab between fellow writer brave kid and I(He had the initial idea for the story, and I wrote it up), which is the eighth in a series he and I will be writing in the future. In this story, the villainous Milton Feltwadde's nephew Morton injects a virus into the puppy pound's computer, which prevents the Pound Puppies from helping puppies and purries find their perfect homes. Lucky and Ace thus take on the task of being digitized into the computer and tracking down the virus, but things soon get very weird! Please enjoy!

BTW, here are a few pics of the story's characters:

Roxie, the Dalmatian pup who first appeared in the episode, "Accidental Pup Star." She arrives at the pound just before the virus is discovered, and the Puppies and Kittens hope to get things cleared away in time for her to find her perfect owner.

The computer mouse who greets Lucky and Ace when they first enter cyberspace, and one of the spider cabbies that navigates the World Wide Web via taxi.

Auntie Virus, who guards cyberspace against pests, and the shopkeeper cat Lucky and Ace first meet upon entering a computer game, who gives them information on how to defeat the virus.

Slimey, the red slime who joins Lucky and Ace on their quest in the computer game, and his mother who comes to take him home at the adventure's end.

The large fat unicorn, enraged hippo, and gentleman water buffalo Lucky and Ace meet in a strange series of events leading to the cure for the virus.

One of the wood-chucking woodchucks Lucky and Ace meet in the forest, and the odd half-elephant Sphinx creature whose riddles they need to answer in order to find the cure.

And the little memory creatures Lucky and Ace meet upon finding the virus, and the giant ram which may be part of the key to defeating the virus once and for all.

A Meowy Christmas and a Yappy New Year!

Here is a Pound Puppies fanfiction, which is the seventh in a series created by fellow writer brave kid and me. In this story, which is based on an episode of the Garfield Show entitled, "Home for the Holidays", the Pound Puppies and Kennel Kittens are preparing for Christmas at the pound. When they later come across Giblet, who's bringing food and blankets to a group of homeless pets living in an alley, the Puppies and Kittens not only assist her but hatch a plan to help the poor pets find their perfect homes in time for Christmas. But will they be successful? Please enjoy, and a very Merry Christmas to all!

BTW, here are a few pictures of the story's characters:

Buster the elderly cat, and the three little orphan puppies he looks after, April, May, and June. Buster's name and appearance are based on those of the cat from this book, and their personalities are based on those of Rags the elderly dog and the three orphan kittens from the original Garfield Show episode.

Sid and Chubba, who both originally appeared in the episode, "Kennel Kittens Return", and Babette, who also originally appeared in the series. Sid is a positive sort, Chubba is friendly but lazy, and Babette is polite but somewhat shy.

Timmy, who personality-wise is a slight nod to Tiny from the episode, "Happy Howlidays" from the 1986 series, and like Tiny is a nod to Tiny Tim, Kiki, who originally appeared in the episode "Olaf in Love", Lily, who originally appeared in the episode, "Kennel Kittens Return", and Bubbles, who also originally appeared in the series. Timmy and Kiki are both very kind and polite, Lily is sweet but very shy, and Bubbles is very cheerful and energetic.

Gladys and Gloria, the twin lady Dobermans who originally appeared in, "Hot Dawg"(I added their names). They're a little bit feisty, but very friendly.

And Ralph, the very apathetic dog who originally appeared in, "I Heard the Barks on Christmas Eve", and Napoleon, the parrot who first appeared in, "Squawk". Napoleon is not too trusting of the group a first, especially the cats, but they fortunately are able to convince him that they only have his best interest at heart.

The Way of the Luchadore

Here is a Pound Puppies fanfiction, which was a collab between fellow writer brave kid and I(He had the initial idea for the story and title, and I wrote it up), which is a continuation of a series he and I will be writing in the future. This story, BTW, contains several nods to the movie Nacho Libre, such as Niblet suggesting eating an eagle's egg to get stronger.). In this story, Madame Pickypuss, a cat belonging to a rich family, comes seeking the Pound Puppies and Kennel Kittens' help finding her wayward friend, a Chihuahua(Who looks very much like Squirt) named Cuddlesworth P. Wigglebottom. The dogs and cats aren't sure where to look, until they spot a masked Chihuahua by the name of Lucha Grande in a commercial for a Mexican restaurant, and opt to search there. No sooner do they go to look for him, however, than a pair of evil Lucha dogs challenge Lucky and Niblet to a wrestling match, which Lucha Grande volunteers to help train them for. Will Lucky and Niblet have what it takes to win the match? And where exactly is Cuddlesworth? Please enjoy!(This story, BTW, also contains several nods to the movie Nacho Libre, such as Niblet suggesting eating an eagle's egg to get stronger.)

BTW, here are a few pics of the story's characters:

Madame Pickypuss and her associate Cuddlesworth, both of whom originally appeared in the episode, "The Prince and the Pupper." Pickypuss' earrings are based on those of Violet Vanderfeller, and Cuddlesworth's monocle is based on that of Barkerville.

Lucha Grande, the mascot of Mucho Grande Taco and self-proclaimed Lucha expert, whose real name is revealed to be Antonio(He originally appeared in the episode, "Hot Dawg".) Though his training methods are fairly strange, they prove to come in handy later on.

Crusher the pitbull and Grinder the Rottweiler, an evil Lucha wrestling duo backed by the villainous Milton Feltwaddle, who confront the group in the restaurant and challenge Lucky and Niblet to a match. Though very strong, these two, fortunately for the good guys, are not very bright.

And the Ring Announcer cat, who announces the beginning of the match, as well as the somewhat accident-prone referee dog.

Just for fun, I've also added a picture of Niblet, who's just learned about hair vs. hair matches, and is afraid of getting shaved if he loses the match.(As he himself states, "A bald sheepdog ain't a pretty sight.)

Hound. James Hound.

You only live twice(Nine times if you're a cat).

WOOHOO! 350 POSTS!!! WAHOO! YAY! HOORAY! WEEHEE! Wah...ah ahem, where as I? Oh yes...

Here is a Pound Puppies fanfiction, which was a collab between fellow writer brave kid and I(He had the initial idea for the story, and I wrote it up), which is the fourth in a series he and I will be writing in the future. In this story, which is a nod to the episode, "Secret Agent Pup" from the 1986 series, The Super Secret Pup Club come across a little Russian pup named Yakov, who's on the run from some spies, as they pass by the harbor. The pups bring Yakov to the pound, where he's welcomed with open arms by the Pound Puppies and Kennel Kittens, who promise to watch his back. But when Cupcake gets kidnapped by the spies, it's up to the group, along with secret agent Bondo("Just Bondo.") to save her! Please enjoy!

BTW, here are a few pics of the story's characters:

Yakov, the friendly little Russian pup who first appeared in the episode, "The Pups Who Loved Me." His appearance is based slightly on that of Pupnik from the episode, "Secret Agent Pup," and, like Pupnik, his collar plays an important part in the storyline.

Secret agent Bondo, who helps(and occasionally hinders) the group on their mission to find Cupcake, Millicent, who designs various gadgets at Bondo's headquarters, and the bulldog guy, who operates the elevator leading to the headquarters, all of whom also first appeared in, "The Pups Who Loved Me."

And last but not least, Goldclaw, the evil mastermind who seeks Yakov's collar for his master plan(Who is a nod to Clawfinger in "Secret Agent Pup."), Puss-Puss Galore, Goldclaw's second-in-command, and the two spy cats Noodles and Precious, who serve as their henchmen. (Puss-Puss and the Siamese cats also first appeared in "The Pups Who Loved Me.")

Ride 'Em Cow...Horse?

From the Rio Grande
But my legs ain't bowed,
And my cheeks ain't tanned,
I'm a cowboy who never saw a cow,
Never roped a steer 'cause I don't know how,
Sure ain't a'fixin' t'start in now,
Yippy-I-Oh-Ki-Ay,
Yippy-I-Oh-Ki-Ay.

Here is a My Little Pony fanfiction of mine, which is based on the comic "Pizen Springs Dude Ranch" from the Donald Duck compilation, Lost in the Andes. In this story, Applejack's family ranch has been plagued by a cattle rustler; Rainbow Dash and the little Cutie Mark Crusaders assist by looking after the ranch while she's away, but this rustler is much trickier than first anticipated, and keeps getting the jump on Dash! When push comes to shove, it may be up to the kids to save the day. Please enjoy!

BTW, here's a picture of the cattle rustler pony in and out of her disguise. Pathetic though her disguise may seem, she still somehow manages to trick Dash every time.

Malt Shop Memories

We go together, like Rama-Lama-Lama-Ka-Dingity-Ding-De-Dong,
Remembered forever as Shoo-Bop-Shoo-Wadda-Wadda-Yippity-Boom-Da-Boom,
Chang-Chang-Changity-Chang-Shoo-Bop, That's the way it should beeeee,
Wa-ooh-yeah!

We're one of a kind, like Dip-Da-Dip-Da-Dip-Do-Wop-A-Dooby-Doo,
Our names are signed, "Boogity-Boogity-Boogity-Boogity-Shooby-Doo-Wa-Choo-Wa,"
Chang-Chang-Changity-Chang-Shoo-Bop, We'll always beeee like one,
Wa-Wa-Wa-O-One.

Here is a Pound Puppies fanfiction, which is the third in a series created by fellow writer brave kid and me. In this story, which is a nod to the movie Pound Puppies and the Legend of Big Paw, a technical malfunction with Strudel's time machine sends the Pound Puppies and their kitty pals back to 1959; while trying to figure out how to get home again, they meet some new friends, try to foil a villain's plan to steal the artifact that provides Puppy Power, and contend with a mysterious creature in the woods. Please enjoy!

BTW, here are a few pictures of the story's characters:

The Pound Puppies in their '50s garb. Lucky's outfit mirrors that of Cooler in the movie, only with the colors reversed, and Cookie's is similar to that of Charlemange.

The Kennel Kittens in their '50s outfits. Squeak's garb very much conveys his tough persona.

The Super Secret Pup Club in their '50s clothes. Cupcake's outfit is a color swap of Brighteyes' outfit in the movie, and Patches' outfit is a color swap of Whopper's.

Sparky, who in the present day helps Strudel with her time machine; like his friend Mr. Nut Nut, he's also not completely all there.

Niblet's girlfriend Giblet(Who first appeared in the episode, "When Niblet met Giblet.") in her present day outfit and somewhat simplified '50s outfit. Like her boyfriend, she also is not completely all there.

Twiggy(Who first appeared in the episode, "Taboo.") gives the group a guided tour of the pound and the museum when they first arrive in the '50s. Barlow(Who first appeared in the episode, "Barlow.") is quite lackadaisical, but also very polite.

Prince(Who first appeared in the episode, "Fright at the Museum.") is the resident "smart one" at this new pound. His appearance is a combination of those of Howler and Hairball in the movie.

Bobo, Chauncey, and Camellia(The former two of whom first appeared in the episode, "Once a Ralph, Always a Ralph," and the latter first appeared in the episode, "There's Something About Camellia.") are three pups whom the Pup Club quickly befriend. Bobo is a cheerful, energetic little fellow, Chauncey is a polite, classy sort, and Camellia is friendly and amiable, but likes to imitate people(Though this trait of hers might come in handy later...)

Miss Petunia the mama Golden Retriever, and her three little puppy children(Who frst appeared in the episode, "Pound Preemies; I added the name Lulu.) She's similar to Colette, the mother dog from the movie, in both looks and personality.

Luke and Maddie, the two Tammy and Jeff-esque teenagers who run the new pound.

Martin McEvil, this story's Marvin McNasty-esque villain who plans to steal the Rosetta Bone, which enables Puppy Power, and take over the world.

McEvil's hopelessly inadequate(And ironically named) henchmen, Slim and Jumbo. Their appearances are based on those of two certain dognappers, and their personalities mirror those of Lumpy and Bones, McNasty's henchmen; Slim's appearance is also based slightly on that of Lloyd the dogcatcher from Disney's Bolt.*

And last but by no means least is the Saspooch. Similar to Big Paw, this legendary creature was said to have guarded the Rosetta Bone in ancient Egypt. However, he's said to only be a myth...or is he?

*More on that movie later...
