Joke of the Week #10

George goes to visit his aunt one Sunday. As he's sitting in the living room with her, he notices a parrot standing on a little perch next to his aunt's chair. The parrot has a blue ribbon tied to his left leg and a red ribbon tied to his right leg. George curiously asks his aunt why the parrot has ribbons tied to his legs, to which his aunt responds, "Well, if you pull the blue ribbon, he'll sing, 'It's a Long Way to Tipperary', and if you pull the red ribbon, he'll sing, 'Wait 'Til the Sun Shines, Nellie'."

"How fascinating!" says George. "And what happens if you pull both ribbons at the same time?"

"I fall on my bum, you doofus!" the parrot snaps.
