Classic Cartoon Showcase: Bon Bon Parade

In this humorous and very, very surreal classic, a hungry little boy browsing a candy shop is granted a wish to visit Candyland, by which he takes part in the overly-madcap Bon Bon Parade! Some of this episode's highlights include a fly licking every candy in the shop(Ewwww, NASTY! Does the store owner know about this?!), and a trio of Three Stooges-esque Cupids in a Valentine's Day display. Please enjoy!

This Old(Haunted) House

Here is a Powerpuff Girls fanfiction, which is a collab between fellow writer Monstarzgirl and me(She and I each took turns writing parts of the story) and a continuation of her own PPG series. In this story, which is based on the classic Three Stooges film, "Spook Louder," Rebecca Utonium(Monstarzgirl's OC, the professor's niece), the newly reformed Mojo Jojo, and the also newly reformed Gang Green Gang are given jobs looking after local millionaire I. Canniford Much's supposedly haunted mansion while he's away. Little do they know, however, that there may be unforseen enemies awaiting their arrival. Please enjoy!

Joke of the Week #95

A sea captain is holding a class at a local dock where several young men and women are learning how to be sailors. "All right, class," the captain states. "Now, if you were out at sea and suddenly a tremendous storm brewed up, what should you do?" A young man in the front row raises his hand. "Yes, lad?" the captain replies.

"Throw out an anchor." the young man relies.

"Very good. Now, if another tremendous storm brewed up shortly thereafter, what should you do then?"

"Throw out another anchor."

A puzzled look crosses the captain's face. "Well, but what if another tremendous storm brews up?"

"I'd throw out yet another anchor."

"Now hold on for a second, son," the captain says incredulously. "Where do you keep getting all of these anchors?"

"The same place you keep getting all of these tremendous storms, sir." the young man replies.
